RTA provides 12 real estate services to citizens
Real Estate Taxation Authority (RTA), headed by First Undersecretary Anwar Fawzi, head of RTA, announced that RTA, the real estate tax directorates in the governorates and RTA tax-offices in the neighborhoods and centers provide 12 services to citizens charged with paying the real estate tax.
Among the most important services are: (official statement - assets and liabilities - recovery of surplus - transfer and correction of assessment - annual and five-year declaration submission service, etc..)
RTA will continue to provide the services and paperwork required to facilitate citizens as well as a series of postings to raise awareness of all the services provided by RTA to all citizens.
