Ashraf Al-Daoudi, Governor of Qena, reviewed a number of financial controls, the mechanism for registering declarations, and the application of the electronic receipt system as one of the projects to develop and automate RTA, during his meeting with Nasr Sayed Mustafa, Undersecretary of the Real Estate Taxes Region in Qena, where the continuous cooperation between Qena Governorate and the Real Estate Tax Authority, in a number of issues related to the governorate, was emphasized, in the presence of Dr. Hazem Omar; Deputy Governor of Qena, Hossam Hamouda; General Secretary and Mohamed Salah Abu Kreisha; Assistant General Secretary.
For his part, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Real Estate Taxes said that the sector has succeeded in developing the administrative work system and eliminating all obstacles that hinder work technically, financially and administratively. Also it works to create a modern data system aimed at keeping pace with modernization and development, to provide information about real estate tax easily and conveniently, and to increase tax awareness between tax offices and tax payers. This is to build bridges of trust between them, which will have positive effects for the benefit of work and increase the voluntary Sensitization sessions on real estate tax.
