The Official Gazette publishes the Cabinet's decision to extend the suspension of the agricultural land tax law for another year
The Official Gazette, in its issue No. 32 bis (I), published Cabinet's resolution No. 45 of 2023 approving the extension of the suspension of Law No. 113 of 1939 regarding the agricultural land tax for another year.
The first article of the resolution stated: "The suspension of Law No. 113 of 1939 regarding the agricultural land tax shall be extended for another year, starting from the day following the date of expiry of the suspension period provided for in the first article of the aforementioned Law No. 152 of 2022".
The period of suspension stipulated in the first paragraph of this Article shall not be included in calculating the prescription period for the tax due.
