Within the framework of RTA’s constant endeavor to develop its employees and under the guidance of the First Undersecretary of the Ministry, Head of RTA, and under the general supervision of Mr. Ayman Mounir, the Undersecretary of the Ministry and the Head of the Central Administration for Computers and Information Systems (CACIS), training programs and courses were prepared through self-efforts with the aim of training the human element and qualifying Workers at RTA in order to provide qualified and trained human cadres for digital transformation and automation.
As part of the Women Leadership Training Program, a training grant in collaboration with the University of Missouri, USA, the Central Computer Administration, in coordination and permanent cooperation with the General Training Administration, led by Mrs./ Asma’a Sultan, Director of the Training Department of the General Secretariat, completed the implementation of an institutional development project under the title "Employee Skill Development by Self-Training".
Training courses in the field of computer for the office application software package (Windows, Word, Excel) were prepared for the employees working in the Central Computer Administration and the Institute for Tellers and Collectors by self-efforts.
The training took place in the training hall of the Central Administration for Computers and Information Systems, and was implemented and supervised by a group of employees working in the Central Administration for Computers, namely:
Ms. Rehab Gowaili and Engineer Rasha Hisham (presenters of the employee skills development project)
Ms. Ghada Mohamed (Director of Training Department)
Ms. Hebatollah Zeinhom (Supervision and Coordination)
The training was conducted by a number of computer-trainers, led by Engineer Mahmoud Shawqi (Director of Quality Management).
Mr. Ayman Mounir, Undersecretary of the Ministry and Head of the Central Administration for Computers and Information Systems, kindly granted the trainees a certificate of appreciation for their excellence in the course and to motivate them.
Coordination and cooperation are underway with the General Department of Training to prepare more of these educational and cultural courses to prepare qualified cadres to work in the era of digital transformation.
